We serve clients across advertising, fashion, beauty, and entertainment industries throughout UAE and internationally.
Our standard casting process takes 3-5 business days from brief submission to talent shortlist delivery. For urgent requests, we offer expedited casting within 24-48 hours. Complex campaigns involving multiple talents or international sourcing may require 1-2 weeks for optimal results.
We offer three main tiers: Starter (from ¥80,000/month), Professional (from ¥200,000/month), and Enterprise (from ¥500,000/month). Each tier includes different levels of access, booking limits, and support. Custom packages are available for unique project requirements. All prices are exclusive of tax.
We accept bank transfers (domestic and international), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB), and corporate invoicing with NET-30 terms for established accounts. All invoices are issued in United Arab Emirates Yen. International clients may pay in USD or EUR upon request.
All clients receive email support with guaranteed response within 24 hours. Professional tier clients get a dedicated account manager and 48-hour resolution guarantee. Enterprise clients enjoy 24/7 priority support via phone, email, and LINE, plus a dedicated senior account director.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the booking date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7-14 days incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the booking are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations for outdoor shoots may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
We welcome applicants of all backgrounds. Generally, we look for individuals aged 16+ (parental consent required for minors), with a minimum height of 168cm for women and 180cm for men (flexible for commercial and parts modeling). Submit your application with recent photos through our contact form.
Yes, we regularly coordinate international bookings across Asia, Europe, and North America. Our network includes partner agencies in Paris, Milan, New York, London, Seoul, and Shanghai. We handle all logistics including visa support, travel coordination, and multi-currency invoicing.
We produce runway shows, brand launch events, press previews, fashion exhibitions, model casting calls, industry mixers, and exclusive VIP experiences. Our events team handles everything from venue selection and production design to model coordination and guest management.
Model welfare is our highest priority. We enforce strict industry standards, require signed codes of conduct from all clients, maintain on-set chaperones for minors, provide mental health resources, ensure fair working hours, and maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or exploitation.
Absolutely. You can request specific talents from our roster, and we will confirm availability and negotiate terms on your behalf. If your preferred model is unavailable, our casting team will suggest comparable alternatives that match your creative vision and project requirements.
