1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Blaze Models. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and all related platforms operated by Blaze Models ("we," "us," or "our"), located at M Square Building, Al Mankhool, Dubai, UAE. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Blaze Models provides professional model and talent management services including, but not limited to:
- Talent representation and career management
- Casting and talent matching services
- Fashion show and event production
- Commercial and editorial placement
- New talent scouting and development programs
- Photography and portfolio development coordination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to affected clients.
3. Service Ordering and Engagement
All service engagements begin with a formal booking request or project brief submitted through our website, email, or in-person consultation. Upon review, we will provide a detailed proposal including talent recommendations, pricing, timeline, and terms specific to the engagement.
A binding agreement is formed when the client accepts our proposal in writing (including email confirmation) and submits the required deposit payment. Verbal agreements are not considered binding unless confirmed in writing within 48 hours.
All bookings are subject to talent availability. We reserve the right to suggest alternative talent if requested models become unavailable due to scheduling conflicts, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms and conditions are as follows:
- Currency: All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total project fee is required to confirm a booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due within 14 days of service completion unless alternative terms are agreed upon in the project contract.
- Late Payments: Invoices not paid within the agreed terms may be subject to late payment fees on the outstanding balance, in accordance with applicable laws.
- Value Added Tax (VAT): All prices are exclusive of VAT or any other applicable taxes, which will be added to the final invoice where required.
- Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers (domestic and international SWIFT), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), and corporate invoicing with NET-30 terms for approved accounts.
- International Payments: Clients paying in currencies other than AED are responsible for any bank fees and exchange rate differences.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policies vary based on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled service date:
- More than 14 days before: Full refund of deposits minus a 10% administrative fee.
- 7 to 14 days before: 50% of the total project fee is payable.
- Less than 7 days before: 100% of the total project fee is payable (non-refundable).
- No-show: Full project fee is payable with no refund.
Cancellations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government-mandated restrictions, etc.) will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Weather-related cancellations for outdoor shoots may be rescheduled once at no additional cost if requested within 24 hours.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The cancellation date is determined by the date of receipt of the written notice.
6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project contract:
- Usage rights for images, video, and other content produced during engagements are licensed to the client for the specific purposes outlined in the booking agreement.
- Extended usage, additional territories, or purposes beyond the original agreement require separate licensing arrangements and may incur additional fees.
- The agency and talent retain the right to use images and content for portfolio and promotional purposes unless restricted by the client contract.
- All intellectual property related to Blaze Models's branding, website content, and proprietary processes remains our exclusive property.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Blaze Models shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question.
- We are not liable for the actions, statements, or conduct of talent represented by our agency outside the scope of the specific booking.
- We make no guarantees regarding specific campaign outcomes, audience reach, or commercial results achieved through use of our services.
Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and insurances for their production activities. Blaze Models shall not be liable for any claims arising from the client's failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Model Welfare and Code of Conduct
All clients engaging our services agree to adhere to our Code of Conduct, which includes:
- Providing a safe, respectful, and professional working environment
- Adhering to agreed working hours and providing adequate breaks
- Not requesting models to perform tasks outside the scope of the booking agreement
- Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
- Compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
Violation of our Code of Conduct may result in immediate termination of the engagement without refund.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, pricing details, talent personal information, and business strategies shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations and, where appropriate, mediation.

- Emergency Support: Enterprise clients have access to 24/7 emergency support for active bookings and productions.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
